LI: To look at more than one information source when researching.

today I blogged my trades and I was learning about electricians and food services.
Me and Ellenora were doing Electricians and I was doing Food services by my self.
I learnt about how the offd services deliver and make the food fast when people order
it.

Police visit

Today there was a special surprised it was the NZ police.

We went on the field then we saw a helicopter land on the field with 4 people 

in it.The grass was flying every where and the helicopter was loud it had 2 engines,

a camera worth 850,000 dollars and a light worth 6,000 dollars.The people came out of the helicopter and said hi to greet us and to thank us for letting them come to our school to show us what they do as a police.After they talked to us they brung some guard doge the K9's and the German Shepard.They thought us about their dogs and how they find and rescue people.We had to walk around the helicopter too that was cool.

Kiwi sport WK5

This Thursday we went to kiwi sport Badminton.Our coach was Kevin.We were excited to go there.When we arrived there we were surprised that there was nets that we were going to use.
As usual we start of badminton with a warm up game it was stuck in the mud you all run around while 2 taggers tag every one.If you get tugged you have to stand still in a star jump position and to get free and run around again a person that is not tagged they have to clap under your legs and tap your hand to get free.After the warm up game we done a recap of what we done last week.Then we done a rally with the nets with a server doing a back hand serve that we had a champion chip with buddy's to see who can win between buddy's.Then we went back to class.

Kiwi can wk5

On Wednesday we have kiwi can and we have group A and B.I a in group B and we are the yr 6 students and the oldest yr 5 students from their birthday from January to June.I went to kiwi can then miss Latoya gave us a number from 1 to 4.I was number 1 and I was in the group with the red hula hoop.First we played a game for energizer it was called horses,knights and gentleman.You have to walk around until you hear someone say knights horses and gentleman If you hear 1 of them you have to get a buddy and act out the horses or knights or gentleman.Then after that we talked about feeling that we could hurt in our family through out our community.After that we done an activity it was called mountains.You have 2 teams 1 team with bibs and the other team with no bibs the team with no bibs has to flip the cones over and the team with bibs has to put the cones back up.Our team won both rounds our team was non bibs.But we were putting the cones back up and the other team was flipping them over.Then after that we went back to class.

Severn Suzuki

SUMMARY AND IDEAS FROM SEVERN SUZUKI

Severn Suzuki Used 3 or 4 rhetorical questions in the speech when she was talking. She mostly used eye contact when she read it in her mind then she remembers it and says it and finishes the sentence. At the start of Severn Suzuki’s speech she talked a little slow then she went faster as she was telling everyone her speech opinion.

She was talking about if she was rich she would give the poor Money,Food,water,medicine,Clothing and other stuff the poor need to help

them survive. She was convincing us to help the poor and help sick children who don’t usually get lunch and who gets their lunch stolen. She was giving her opinion to us to convince us to help the poor. Severn Suzuki was giving a really good speech about the poor and how we can help them in a good way. And she was talking about her community and how the older from 20 and over disrespecting our community. She also was talking about community people that go there all the time and drive and walk around the community and go past poor kids and don’t care.

L.I to understand how to deliver a speech

Yesterday on Tuesday we did some thinking about 7 people's speeches.

We had Martin Luther King JR,Nelson Mandela,Emma Watson,Severn Suzuki,

Matt cuts and Graham Hill. I did Severn Suzuki with Viliami and Victoria.

We summarized and gave ideas and what we learnt from Severn Suzuki and

what she did good in her speech.

Today i had commented on Naveah's Blog and I commented on his slide about his facts and how well he did on his blog post and work.I asked him 1 question that he could change that can make his work beter I said you could add some more words to your L.I.

Today on Wednesday I did the recourse Predicting and made a slide of introduction
and the juniors,middle's and seniors.I had a lot of time to do this activity because it
was hard finding facts and stuff to write for the juniors and middles and seniors to understand.
