3 Bad Things About Being A Doc Ranger:
1: You might get hurt by an animal or pet.
2: You might fall on or in something.
3: You might give an animal or pet the wrong food or thing.

3 Good Things About Being A Doc Ranger:
1: You get to see new animals or pets.
2: You can feed them.
3: You get to enjoy the animal life.

I would like to be a DOC Ranger because I like animals and I have 7 pets at home. If you think I am not real I have 1 baby geko Lizard, 2 big geko lizards, 2 water dragon lizards, 1 dog and a frog. I use to have a lot of pets and that is the reason why I want to be a DOC Ranger. I also want to be a DOC Ranger because I want to be able to take care of other pets / animals I havn't seen in real life.

  1. Hello again Giovanni, thank you from completing yet another activity and sharing some different positives and negatives about the life of a DOC ranger.

You're right - it definitely would be quite a dangerous job and any number of terrible things might happen to you. You could be stuck for a while in a remote place before help arrives. It's not like working in the city where an ambulance can be on the scene within minutes.

I think it would be really relaxing working as a DOC ranger too. You'd be away from the smells and noises of the big city. You'd probably be really fit and healthy. Do you think it might get lonely?

Wow. I can't believe you have seven pets at home, that's incredible! I only have one cat. Do all of your pets get along and like each other? You sound like a real life Ace Ventura. You and your family must have an expensive pet food bill. Do you take all of the pets to the vet at once and get a discount?

    Thanks, Billy.

  4. Hi Giovanni,
Great job on completing this activity! I liked how you gave some reasons for and against being a DOC ranger. Although I'm pretty sure that the animals wouldn't attack you and the food would probably be labelled. Do you think anyone else in your family would want to be a DOC ranger?

  7. Hello Giovanni! Thanks for sharing this activity. I really liked hearing your thoughts on DOC Rangers and the Pros/Cons. It's very interesting you've chose to do this job because you really like animals and have experience handling some. Do you think you'd be afraid of any or rather open minded and confident? Keep it up!
