Defensive Structures

L.I is to make a defensive structure that will survive the shock wave
This week we had a visitor from the NZ military forces called: Mr Issac Chang come to talk to us. we were learning: Dumb bombs, Smart bombs, Control, Camouflage, Shape, Dynamite, C4, Missiles, Bombs, Grenades, Size, Nuclear, Shock wave and more. We then watched a video about Nuclear shock waves.

The shock wave pushes and goes away then comes back like sucking it back in the air. So we decided to make a structure to see if we can protect a helicopter by making a stable structure that will hold when the shock wave occurs. We made a tent kind of protection that will hold the structure protecting the helicopter from the sides and the top.

We were getting some kick boards to make wind to see if the wind will knock down the structure. We were looking at other structures like: Cylinders, Folding and Sid covers. We unfortunately got broken because the wind was strong and pushed our structure away. We had fun and thanked Mr Issac Chang for teaching us.
