Kiwisport (Cricket) Reflection
This week (today) we went to kiwisport which was cricket. We were focused on hitting the cones and wickets and batting balls on the ground. I first started on hitting the wickets by throwing the ball and hitting cones to put onto the wickets. We then did it again, but after we hit all of the 4 cones, we had to then hit the wickets to win. We came 2nd and then moved onto batting. I started the batting first by hitting one ball on the ground and then the second one and running and getting points (scoring runs). Then the next person has a turn and you can only try to get the balls after the second one is hit. The highest amound of runs was 20. We then got into a cirlce and practiced catching the ball and passing it back as fast as we could without droping the ball. I got out after not catching the ball. The last person standing was my friend Makaili. I enjoyed this lesson and can't wait to practice our bowling.
